- We will only exchange or credit defective items within 15 days of the invoiced date. In the event of a return, you will be required to call Import One to get a personalized RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number upon return approval by an authorized employee. We will NOT accept any returns without the personalized RMA number. WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES FOR RHINESTONE ACCESSORIES AND TIARAS.
- All damage claims must be made within 15 days of the invoiced date or you forfeit your rights to return any merchandise to Import One.
- In the event of merchandise being returned not damaged, we will only approve situations and issue RMA numbers within 7 days of the invoiced date, along with a legitimate reason for return. Import One will not reimburse any cost of shipping for the returned items.
